networking, in part due to big concerns about support issues. That's one of
the top hurdles in digital media today, based on discussions at the Connections
conference here last week. "Just to make the network work is a huge
challenge," said Ofer Vilenski, chief executive of Jungo Software
Technologies, which provides software for home gateways. "There are some
service providers starting to charge for support, but in the long term they
should not be trying to make money this way. The focus needs to be on making
